Although Alleghenies Surgical provides a wide range of general surgical services, we specialize in weight loss surgery (bariatric surgery) and are dedicated to your overall success. Our procedure of choice is the LAP-BAND adjustable gastric band. This is the least invasive (risky) of the weight loss procedures. The LAP-BAND has proven results for those who work with the system and our team after surgery.
